How long will my phone take to repair?
If you visit our walk in centre most repairs are undertaken within 24 – 48 hours subject to parts availability. If you need your phone back sooner a 24 Hour Express Service is available for only £9.95, your mobile phone repair is then given priority treatment.
Will I lose any data from my Computer or Mobile Phone?
Your personal data in the most valuable thing we handle. We take stringent steps and detailed protocols to protect your personal information. You are responsible and must backup your data before any repair or service at any repair facility to make sure there can be no chance of data loss. In most cases, unless it is necessary to remove components as a part of the repair there is minimal risk of data loss. These repairs usually include software problems or liquid damage. If your data is particularly important and you are not able to backup your data, please let us know first when you send in your device and or mobile phone and we can offer a secure data backup.
What kind of parts do you use for repairs?
