I had a battery issue and a cracked screen. They were able to get me checked in and assess my problem almost immediately. I didn’t even have to call ahead!! Every single employee there is very knowledgeable and made me feel like what I thought was a major issue was no big deal at all and easily fixable! (Meaning they knew what they were talking about and were confident in their skills)
I had an issue with my phone that was from a previous repair and they were able to take some time and fix that problem properly and explain what the issue was in the first place!! Mr. Phix it himself took the time and care to work on my phone personally and it’s better than new!

This is certainly a place I would recommend to others. At first, I was very angry about how they made my screen worse. But they called me, offered to fix the issue at no cost, and even picked up my phone as well as dropped it off! I’m so glad that my issue was fixed. Mr Phix also politely explained to me that sometimes mistakes happen and that they have a bad screen every once in awhile. Now, my screen looks brand new! They also included a free tempered glass screen protector for maximum protection. The fact that they did it at no charge really made me feel respected and appreciated. If you have any problems, they will for sure try and fix the problem as best as they can. Anyways I’m so glad I came to you in the first place! Thanks for everything and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to go to Mr Phix!! 🙂
In less than one day a damaged ipad was evaluated, tested thoroughly, repaired and delivered. Just what you dream service to be like. Courteous, professional, prompt service on arrival and clear all other customers present were having a good experience..
3 months ago–Everyone there was super nice and friendly if you have a problem definitely go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They fixed my son’s lap top in an hour that best buy ( my mom took him there) said they had to ship out and would cost 80.00&-400.00$ to fix. Mr. Phix did not charge NO WHERE near that and I am great full for there honesty. I will not go any where else!!!
